Kinetix have been running workshops and providing experienced coaching since 2005. We cater for all ages and ability levels, whether it be a one day workshop, or an ongoing regular class.

Our coaches are of the highest standard, and include 'British Gymnastics Association' certified gymnastic & acrobatic coaches, YMCA registered fitness coaches, members of the British Parkour Coaching Association, personal trainers and experienced Drama teachers. All Team Kinetix teachers are fully insured and CRB checked.

Workshops offered include, but are not limited to:

Free Running & Parkour, Stage Combat, Drama / Acting (with or without stage combat), Physical Theatre, Stage Acrobatics, Fitness (indoor or outdoor).
