Welcome to the online home of Team Kinetix - a unique and dynamic performance group made up of specialists in Parkour, Stage Combat, Acrobatics, Free-Running and professionally trained actors based in (but not geographically limited to) Essex & London.

We have a vast diversity of services and resources, providing a massive range of performance skills and producing Interactive Action Theatre suitable for all ages. We also provide bespoke entertainment packages and event management for events, corporate functions, festivals and private parties.

In addition to the above, all Kinetix team members are highly experienced and fully able to run workshops teaching their respective specialist fields.
