Do you offer monthly memberships?

We offer a range of memberships in addition to pay as you go classes.

To purchase a membership go to and login (or sign up if you haven’t yet done so).

If you are using a mobile click on the 3 lines in the top right corner and select ‘memberships’
If you are using a desktop click on ‘memberships’ down the left hand side.

We know that some of our participants like the option of pay as you go so this isn’t changing, the option to pay per class will always be there; as will our pre paid class options.

Membership fees are taken on the 1st of every month, your first month’s payment will be taken on a pro-rata basis to reflect your purchase date. Memberships are on a 30 day rolling contract with a 30 day cancellation period.

If you have any questions please email [email protected]

I'm trying to sign up for the first time but it says my email address is already registered?

We use the ‘Team Up’ booking system to manage our bookings. This system is very popular in the UK and you may have signed up to attend another club, gym or even in the past without realising.

If the system says your email address is already in use, go to log in and click ‘forgotten password’ and your password will be emailed to the address you are trying to register.

The class I usually attend isn't showing on the timetable. What should I do?

If a class isn’t showing on the timetable it means the class isn’t running.
Please check our timetable page and book before attending

If you are booked into a class that is cancelled you will be notified and a refund will be issued immediately if you have paid online.
Please ensure you book into the classes you want to attend to stay up to date.

I have, or my child has special dietary, medical or behaviour needs who can I speak to about these?

You and your children’s safety are our number one priority. There is a section on your Teamup account where you can detail any extra needs, this is kept confidential and flags this information for the coaches who are teaching the specific session.

Please also feel free to email [email protected] if you wish to speak to someone prior to a session, it’s best to email before a session and we can make all coaches aware rather then trying to speak to a coach for the first time at the start of a session as there are often lots of other people around and time is short.

Do I have to pay online?

No, you can book your space and pay cash when you arrive or pay by the pre-pay cards we offer.

Although we do require everyone to sign up to the booking system as our code of conduct and entering emergency contact details are part of the sign up process.

I’m a beginner can I come along?

Our classes are split by age and ability, so you will always be with people of a similar ability to yourself. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged.

What do I need to wear?

Sports clothes that are comfortable and you can move in. Most participants wear tshirts, jogging bottoms or shorts and trainers that do up (velcro or laces are fine).

If your class is outside please dress according to the weather.

What do I need to bring?

If you are attending a regular class of no more than 2 hours please just bring water.

If you are attending a half or full day camp please bring plenty of water and lunch or snacks accordingly.

There are regular breaks in our classes to get a drink or go to the toilet.

I am an experienced practitioner will I be in a group of beginners?

We run regular ‘Open Sessions’ for experienced practitioners who just want to train.

We put all first time students in a group together so they can learn the way our sessions are structured and their ability can be assessed by our coaches.
All participants will be encouraged to work at a level appropriate to them and will be grouped accordingly in the future.

Can parents/guardians stay and watch?

Yes, we have a comfortable viewing area with sofas.
If you would like to drop off and come back to collect at the end of the session this is also absolutely fine.

My friends already come to classes, can I be in their group?

Our classes are grouped by ability, we do try to make sure friends are kept together where possible, however safety is our priority and it is not always safe or appropriate for a beginner to go into a higher-level group to be with friends.
All warm ups are done all together as a class.

Do your classes run in the school holidays?

Most of our classes run in the school holidays, keep an eye on our Class Timetable Page for any class changes or cancellations.

If you have booked onto a class and the class is cancelled or changed, you will be notified and refunded as appropriate.

I'd like to book a birthday party, how can I do this?

We run Parkour parties that can be tailored to suit any age.
Our parties are equally suitable for experienced practitioner as well as those who have never tried Parkour.

Parties are held on Sunday afternoons and bookings can be made online via our Classes Page
