By signing up to the new system you will stay on our class update mailing list and will be notified of class changes and cancellations.

I’m a beginner can I come along?

Our classes are split by age and ability, so you will always be with people of a similar ability to yourself. Beginners are always welcome and encouraged.

What do I need to wear?

Sports clothes that are comfortable and you can move in. Most participants wear tshirts, jogging bottoms or shorts and trainers that do up (velcro or laces are fine).

If your class is outside please dress according to the weather.

What do I need to bring?

If you are attending a regular class of no more than 2 hours please just bring water.

If you are attending a half or full day camp please bring plenty of water and lunch or snacks accordingly.

There are regular breaks in our classes to get a drink or go to the toilet.

I am an experienced practitioner will I be in a group of beginners?

We put all first time students in a group together so they can learn the way our sessions are structured and their ability can be assessed by our coaches.
All participants will be encouraged to work at a level appropriate to them and will be grouped accordingly in the future.

Can parents/guardians stay and watch?

Yes, we have viewing areas at all of our classes.
If you would like to drop off and come back to collect at the end of the session this is also absolutely fine.

I have, or my child has special dietary, medical or behaviour needs who can I speak to about these?

You and your children’s safety are our number one priority. There is a section on the waiver that asks for details of any extra needs, this is kept confidential and only shared with coaches who are teaching the specific session.

Please also feel free to email if you wish to speak to someone prior to a session, it’s best to email before a session and we can make all coaches aware rather then trying to speak to a coach for the first time at the start of a session as there are often lots of other people around and time is short.

My friends already come to classes, can I be in their group?

Our classes are grouped by ability, we do try to make sure friends are kept together where possible, however safety is our priority and it is not always safe or appropriate for a beginner to go into a higher-level group to be with friends.
All warm ups are done all together as a class.

Do your classes run in the school holidays?

Most of our classes run in the school holidays, keep an eye on our Class Timetable Page for any class changes or cancellations.

If you have booked onto a class and the class is cancelled or changed, you will be notified and refunded as appropriate.

Our parties are equally suitable for experienced practitioner as well as those who have never tried Parkour.
