Welcome to the online home of Team Kinetix - a unique and dynamic group made up of specialists in Parkour, Acrobatics, Free-Running, Stage Combat, Acting, Dance, Freestyle Basketball as well as Health & Fitness Professionals.

Team Kinetix are fully affiliated with ‘Parkour UK’ and offer classes ranging from parkour for beginners through to Advanced level ‘jam sessions’

Learn Parkour and Free Running from record breaking athletes with over 8 years experiences in Parkour coaching. Train in a fun, relaxed and safe environment, learning something new while making great friends.

As well as weekly classes, Team Kinetix offer a range of workshops both in schools and out in the community.
We can supply highly skilled performers  for corporate events, parties and functions. We can also be on hand to provide health and fitness information for seminars or youth projects. Team Kinetix have action packed birthday party packages for all ages and lots more.
